Solutions Behavioral Healthcare Professionals is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team. As a BCaBA, you will work closely with our team of professionals to provide high-quality, evidence-based services to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), developmental disabilities, behavioral disorders, and other related conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP), Supervisor, and team of BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Interventionists to provide comprehensive ABA assessment and clinical services.
  • Oversee programming for identified clients under the direct supervision of a BCBA.
  • Provide training to caregivers and conduct behavioral assessments of clients.
  • Design behavior and individual support plans for clients with a BCaBA.
  • Assist with coordinating, scheduling, communicating, and continually evaluating the effectiveness of functional assessments, behavioral evaluations, and behavior plans for clients on their caseload.
  • Adhere to the BACB's Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts and all regulatory and statutory rules in the state of Minnesota.
  • Maintain a weekly billable caseload of service hours as directed by the Clinic Manager/Assistant Clinic Manager.

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification.
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education).
  • Experience working with children and adolescents with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
