Compensation: $21.25 per hour (including a $1.50 hourly shift differential)
Work Schedule: 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM, Monday through Thursday
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitates the movement of products within the distribution center to optimize picking efficiency.
- Conducts inventory checks, restocking, and other necessary tasks within the distribution center.
- Organizes product transfers by rank to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Performs warehouse inventory counts, scanning labels and accurately entering data into the system.
- Restocks items by moving products from bulk storage to picking bins.
- Engages in shipping, picking, and packing activities as required within the distribution center.
- A collaborative spirit, capable of working effectively with both internal and external partners.
- A strong commitment to meeting project deadlines.
- A focus on safety, adhering to all operational procedures.
- Ability to comprehend and follow both written and verbal instructions.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate replenishment and counting of items.
- Basic data entry and computer proficiency.
Essential Qualifications:
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. 50% of the time.
- Ability to stand and walk for the entirety of the shift.
- Comfortable working at heights of 10 feet or more.
- Proficient in understanding and following instructions.
- Detail-oriented for accurate replenishment and counting.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Willingness to become certified in operating material handling equipment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous relevant experience.
