Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ATM and Security Systems Technician to join our team at Federal Protection Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing bank equipment and security systems in financial, commercial, and residential areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and troubleshoot malfunctions in equipment and replace or repair defective components.
  • Remove and replace defective electronic, electrical, and mechanical components using hand tools and following manufacturer's manuals.
  • Test and operate equipment to ensure that defects have been corrected.
  • Comply with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to the position and employment.
  • Accurately complete all paperwork, including timesheets, in a timely manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Any combination of education and experience that provides the required skill and knowledge.
  • Minimum of two years work experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Knowledge of NCR ATM's, Bosch, Brivo, DMP, Diebold, Hamilton, Skilcraft, Ademco, CCTV, and other relevant systems.
  • Ability to use hand tools and troubleshoot equipment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
Working Conditions

This role requires:

  • Walking up and down stairs.
  • Lifting up to 75 lbs.
  • Working indoors and outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
  • Bending and crouching to work on machines.
  • Working in confined areas.
  • Use of various cleaning supplies.
  • Climbing ladders.
