Job Title: Private Wealth Service Specialist

At Citizens, we are seeking a highly skilled Private Wealth Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Private Wealth group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our high net worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide white-glove service to Private Wealth clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with Private Wealth Management professionals to deliver operational support and expertise.
  • Exercise diligence to understand risks associated with client products and transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Independently determine business is in good order, adhering to company policies and industry best practices.
  • Research and resolve complex discrepancies related to client accounts and trading activities.
  • Monitor and investigate margin calls and trade extensions, communicating with clearing firms and Private Wealth colleagues.
  • Establish relationships with various teams within Citizens Wealth to service clients and support divisional business needs.
  • Drive innovation through curiosity and comprehensive understanding of business processes and challenges.
  • Accurately process daily business, including money/asset movement, account opening, closing, and maintenance.
  • Engage with Wealth Managers and Customers via inbound calls, processing requests and providing product and service guidance.
  • Deliver highly efficient transaction processing and superior results quickly and efficiently.
  • Process customer requests, including options, equities, mutual funds, and fixed income trades.
  • Analytical skills ensure satisfactory problem resolution for clients and deliver solutions to complex challenges.
  • Ensure timely and accurate response and resolution to Private Wealth Management colleague and client inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Active Series 7, 63/66 licenses required.
  • Additional licenses, such as Series 4, 24, preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry, including complex investment products.
  • Proven customer service, client support, and problem resolution skills.
  • Strong technological savvy and ability to learn new tools.
  • Ability to effectively influence others and use consultative skills to enrich the customer experience.
  • Demonstrate close attention to detail and ability to analyze complex situations in a high-risk, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to train and support other team members.
Work Schedule:
  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
