We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health team at ChristianaCare. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

About the Role

This part-time position is available on the night shift, working 36 hours per pay period. You will be based at the Wilmington Hospital, but may be required to work at Christiana Hospital as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience in mental health nursing, either in an inpatient or outpatient setting. Strong medical surgical experience is also desirable, particularly in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to individuals with mental health needs
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and evaluate patient progress
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety
