Job Overview

As a vital member of our housekeeping team, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and quality of our guest accommodations. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Addressing guest concerns to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Upholding high standards of cleanliness and quality in all assigned tasks.
  • Adhering to safety protocols and housekeeping procedures.
  • Cleaning and servicing guest rooms based on priority and hotel standards.
  • Restocking and returning cleaning carts at the end of your shift.
  • Performing additional deep cleaning tasks as scheduled.
  • Carrying out other assigned duties as needed.
Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be to clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring adherence to the hotel's cleanliness standards. You will also be responsible for reporting maintenance issues and addressing guest requests or complaints, while ensuring the confidentiality and security of all guest accommodations.

Qualifications
  • At least one year of cleaning experience; hotel experience is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with proper chemical handling procedures.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and activities suitable for guests.
