Excellerate Electrician

At Faith Technologies, we are seeking an experienced Excellerate Electrician to join our team. As an Excellerate Electrician, you will be responsible for electrical assemblies and installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Layout conduit systems, various lighting systems, basic control systems, and feeders
- Analyze blueprints effectively
- Ensure all projects are built to specifications and accuracy expectations
- Clean and maintain workstation, tools, and manufacturing environment
- Consistently follow workplace safety procedures and ensure manufacturing crews are working safely according to company policies
- Analyze upcoming tasks and anticipate equipment, procedures, and training needed to complete work in a safe manner
- Participate in toolbox talks, safety audits, and related safety functions
- Immediately identify, correct, and/or report any unsafe acts, conditions, or incidents in a timely manner
- Help drive and sustain lean manufacturing principles
- Demonstrate ability to obtain, organize, and manage materials effectively
- Demonstrate an eagerness and ability to accept increasing responsibility
- Provide technical assistance to other team members as needed
- Provide direction, training, and mentorship to General Assemblers/Apprentices
- Install motor feeders and make standard motor connections
- Work as a member of a cohesive team while demonstrating ability to work without direct supervision
- Clean and maintain job site/work area and tools
- Maintain compliance with all OSHA, Faith Technologies Inc, and customer-specific safety requirements along with immediately identifying, correcting, and/or reporting any unsafe acts, conditions, or incidents in a timely manner
- Install, maintain, and/or troubleshoot basic electrical systems in compliance with the National Electric Code (NEC)
- Consistently complete portions of projects on time, within budget, and in a safe manner
- Demonstrate ability to complete an overall job layout for projects of limited scope and size
- Comprehend and incorporate specifications effectively
- Coach and inspire General Assemblers/Apprentices to surpass customer expectations and company vision/goals
- Analyze upcoming tasks and anticipate equipment, procedures, and training needed to complete work in a safe manner
- Actively participate in Faith's hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- High School Diploma or GED, and completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours)
- 10-25% travel required
- Ability to work between the hours of 6am-6pm or 6pm to 6am depending on assigned shift
