Key Responsibilities:- Oversee client projects centered on diverse transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, divestitures, and carve-outs.
- Apply your financial acumen and project management expertise to assist clients with accounting and reporting matters.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to offer comprehensive support during off-market periods.
- Guide and nurture junior team members through mentorship, providing constructive feedback.
- Develop new client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Over 10 years of experience in professional services.
- Strong knowledge of transactions, with a focus on divestitures and carve-outs.
- CPA or CA certification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
