We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) team at Henrico Doctors' Hospital Forest. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical conditions
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia or compact license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Experience in critical care or surgical nursing preferred
