Job Summary

Soliant Education is seeking a skilled and dedicated School Psychologist to join our team in a full-time hybrid role. This position offers the flexibility of working both in-person and remotely, allowing for a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students to identify areas of strength and need.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans to support student success.
  • Provide counseling and support to students experiencing emotional or behavioral difficulties, promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to address student needs and develop effective strategies for support.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes to ensure student success.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress and interventions, utilizing data-driven approaches to monitor and improve student outcomes.
  • Offer training and guidance to staff on psychological and behavioral issues, promoting a culture of support and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure in Texas.
  • Experience in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong understanding of psychological assessment tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators and parents.
  • Proficiency in using technology for remote assessments and consultations.
