Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating new hire employee processes, leave administration, and providing HR support to employees across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate new hire employee processes, including benefits enrollment and orientation;
  • Administer leaves of absence, including FMLA requests and short-term/long-term disability;
  • Provide HR support to employees, including responding to queries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records;
  • Assist with performance review processes, annual salary reviews, and bonus processing;
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations;
  • Support management with HR-related tasks, including recruitment, training, and development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field;
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a multi-state environment;
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software;
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills;
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
  • Familiarity with payroll, benefits, and labor compliance is desirable.
