#### Job Summary

We are seeking a mid-level Agile Business Analyst to support with decomposing policy to business rules, visually displaying the intended design, then further decomposing into technical requirements. The ideal candidate will have SDLC knowledge as well as facilitation skills to bring Policy and Developers together, driving decisions and website application design. Agile methodology is required for the skillset.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Work with cross-functional teams including developers, product manager/owner, and business stakeholders to deliver projects in an Agile SDLC environment for SaaS B2B and/or B2C applications.
* Utilize visual tools and process mapping such as Microsoft Visio, Miro, Figma, Balsamiq to decompose policy into business rules and technical requirements.
* Facilitate or participate in requirements sessions, writing use cases, user scenarios, mapping of business processes, and translating policy into technical business rules.

#### Ideal Skills

* Previous experience working with Agile ticketing tools such as: JIRA, Monday, Dev Ops etc.
* Strong written and verbal skills to facilitate or participate in requirements sessions, writing use cases, user scenarios, mapping of business processes, and translating policy into technical business rules.
* Experience working in a cross-functional team including developers, product manager/owner, and business stakeholders.
