  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in pediatric nursing.

Requirements:

  • Current MA RN license required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years nursing experience, preferably in pediatric care.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor degree in nursing preferred.
