Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Optician to join our team at Target Optical. As a Licensed Optician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the delivery of the Target Optical Way.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver daily sales goals by executing the Guest Experience behaviors flawlessly.
  • Ensure a simple, fun, and in-style fashion experience through the Playground Rules.
  • Build brand awareness by attracting new guests from the host to optical.
  • Develop and maintain a professional business partnership with the Target Optical doctor and Target Host.
  • Model the Target Optical Personal Style Dress Code.
  • Create an amazing guest experience on every visit by accurately fitting and dispensing fashionable products to guests.
  • Follow all operating policies and procedures at the highest level.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Licensed as required by state.
  • 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Selling skills.
  • Driver for results.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Critical thinking.
  • Accountability.
  • Accuracy in measurements.
