Home Health Weekend Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Weekend Registered Nurse to join our team in the Kingston/Lake Katrine area. As a Weekend Registered Nurse with us, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role

The Home Health Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing and directing provisions of nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies.

  • Conduct initial and comprehensive nursing evaluations to determine primary focus of care and develop the plan of care within state-specific guidelines.
  • Ensure patients meet home health eligibility and medical necessity guidelines as defined by payer source.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve and maintain continuity of patient care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • A current CPR certification.
  • A current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
