Overview:

As a Pizza Artisan, you will play a vital role in crafting exceptional pizzas that delight our guests and enhance their dining experience. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare Buddy's pizzas to a standard that consistently surpasses customer expectations, utilizing only the finest quality and freshest ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare pizzas in accordance with Buddy's specifications and standards promptly.
• Ensure the quality of pizza ingredients during production and storage, including proper storing, labeling, and rotation of products.
• Communicate pizza preparation times and relevant information to Managers and team members throughout your shift.
• Keep Managers informed of any concerns and propose alternative solutions as necessary.
• Foster teamwork by assisting colleagues with their responsibilities as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen workstations at all times.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with all employees to promote a harmonious and professional atmosphere.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines consistently.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the restaurant industry, particularly in pizza preparation.
• Ability to pass Buddy's final pizza test and certification to ensure consistency in quality.
• Capable of reading and understanding kitchen ticket orders.
• High energy and ability to keep pace with the restaurant's demands.
• Reliable team player with a strong attendance record.
• Effective communication and listening skills.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Physical capability to reach, lift, bend, and carry heavy items.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Adherence to Buddy's uniform policy and standards is mandatory.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
