We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VMware expert to design, deploy, and manage VMware environments to support our clients' critical systems. This role involves optimizing virtualization platforms, ensuring high availability, and maintaining performance while adhering to industry best practices.

**Key Responsibilities:*

• Design, implement, and maintain VMware-based infrastructure, including vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi hosts.
• Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and patching of VMware environments to ensure security and optimal performance.
• Manage and configure virtual machines (VMs), virtual networks, and virtual storage to support enterprise applications and workloads.
• Monitor VMware systems for performance, availability, and capacity, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide scalable, efficient, and secure virtualization solutions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a VMware Engineer or similar role.
• Expertise in VMware products such as vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, and NSX.
• Proficiency in virtualization technologies, including server, storage, and networking concepts.

**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
