Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts, including informing team members of expectations at the beginning of the shift.
  • Greet customers and provide fast and friendly service with every guest.
  • Understand and practice all safety procedures at the location.
  • Maintain morale on shift through a sense of urgency, professionalism, and team building.

Requirements:

  • Ability to perform all essential job duties within the restaurant, including but not limited to: stand/walk for periods of eight to ten hours and lift/move up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Effectively manage team members and resolve conflict.
  • Must have computer skills (MS Office, point of sale systems, inventory management systems, etc.).
