We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team at GPAC. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing the construction process from the field, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
  • Communicate with the project team regarding RFI's, material submittals, and other project-related matters.
  • Ensure that subcontractors are fully executing and complying with their contracted scope of work.
  • Identify and communicate conflicts in construction progress to the project team for resolution.
  • Maintain a daily log of activities on the job site.
  • Ensure that the job site is always kept clean and organized.
  • Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in commercial, multifamily, or light-industrial construction.
  • Thorough knowledge of trades and ability to read blueprints.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and speak effectively in front of groups of customers or employees.
  • Proven experience in managing and directing subcontractors.
  • Must be willing to travel.
