We are seeking a skilled RN Supervisor to oversee our nursing team at Lakeland Health Care Center, located in Haskell, New Jersey.

Job Summary
  • Supervise and direct registered nurses and aides in providing high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nurses to implement effective strategies and recommendations.
Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Monitoring resident care and reporting changes to the Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing.
  2. Assessing newly admitted or readmitted residents and documenting their progress.
  3. Liaising between nursing staff and attending physicians to ensure seamless communication.
Requirements:
  • Active Registered Nurse license.
Compensation:

Our competitive rates reflect the value we place on attracting and retaining top talent. We offer a salary of approximately $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
