Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Professional to join our team at Premier Rx Pharmacy.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to assist in the preparation of medications under the direction of a pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare medication and other healthcare products for patients using computer software
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls and assisting patients with inquiries
  • Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently using our proprietary system
  • Maintain accurate records of medication dosage information
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure storage and supply levels are adequate
  • Pack and count medications for distribution to patients
  • Clean and maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in pharmacy or related field required
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
  • Attention to detail to maintain high accuracy rates
  • Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in software applications
  • Age requirement: 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Estimated Salary Range:

$40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
