About the Role

As a Nursing Assistant at Cypress Pointe Health Campus, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Learng new skills and earning more money through our nationally recognized Apprenticeship Program
  • Participating in daily nursing reports and taking detailed notes
  • Helping residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed
  • Observing and reporting changes in residents’ condition and making independent decisions when needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current, unencumbered, state nurse aide license
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • A desire to help people and work with a team to make it happen
