We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Summer Hospitality Internship Program at Great Wolf Lodge. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the hospitality and entertainment industry, working in a variety of frontline roles and participating in a structured approach to learning.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the day-to-day operations of our hospitality team, including guest services, housekeeping, retail and attractions, and food and beverage.
- Participate in a job shadow week to gain exposure to different disciplines and learn from experienced professionals.
- Complete a meaningful project and present it to the lodge leadership team at the end of the program.
- Develop your skills and knowledge through on-the-job training, self-paced learning, and classroom-style instruction.
- Network with other program participants and gain visibility with the lodge leadership team.
- Real-life experience and on-the-job training in key frontline positions.
- Opportunity to create, prepare, and present to a leadership team.
- Exposure and visibility to the lodge leadership team and Management Development Program leaders.
- Frequent feedback and coaching to support your growth and development.
- Opportunity to work and learn from a diverse team of professionals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in an associate's degree or bachelor's degree program.
- Available to complete a minimum of a 10-week program (May to August).
- Cumulative 3.0 GPA minimum.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and store/company needs.
