Job Responsibilities

As an Electrical Foreman, your primary responsibility will be to supervise and manage a team of electricians working on large and complex projects. You will be accountable for ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard, within budget and to deadline.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing a team of electricians and ensuring they have the necessary resources to complete their tasks.
  • Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching where necessary.
  • Training new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
  • Attending meetings with clients and other stakeholders to discuss project progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Identifying and resolving conflicts between team members or with clients.
  • Ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard and that all code standards and regulations are met.
