Position Overview
Under general supervision, the role involves promoting and selling eyewear products at designated retail locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell eyewear frames and licensed merchandise at assigned retail outlets.
- Enhance sales performance by delivering product knowledge and exceptional customer service in a proactive and professional manner.
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with store management and staff to optimize problem-solving and compliance support.
- Collaborate with the store management team, Merchandiser, and Account Executive to ensure brand strategies align with established expectations and regional market needs.
- Execute markdowns and return-to-vendor processes as necessary.
- Report directly to the Account Executive, providing regular updates on actions, challenges, and outcomes.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
- Two to four years of experience in Customer Service or Account Services, demonstrating the ability to build effective relationships and resolve various issues.
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience in a retail or office environment.
- Familiarity with the eyewear industry or experience in the fashion accessory sector is essential.
- Proficient in engaging with the public in a retail setting.
- Ability to enhance the perception of our brands and organization.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office administrative tasks.
Compensation
The compensation range for this position is outlined below. Salary ranges may vary by market. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This role may also include eligible bonuses and commissions.
