Critical Care Travel Nurse RN

Frye Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our MICU team. As a critical care travel nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the MICU
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication and teamwork
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in critical care nursing
- ACLS and BLS certification
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 8-bed MICU with a patient ratio of 2:1
- State-of-the-art equipment, including CRRT, vents, and HD monitoring
- Cerner electronic health record system
