We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Clinician to join our team at PCHC Central Health Center. As a Family Medicine Clinician, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our diverse and underserved patient population.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients of all ages
  • Conduct routine check-ups, health screenings, and diagnostic tests
  • Manage chronic conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

Qualifications and Skills
