Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate Keyholder to join our team at Express. As a Sales Associate Keyholder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and driving sales through effective product knowledge and presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Drive sales through effective product knowledge and presentation, including demonstrating products and providing recommendations to customers.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and mobile payments.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting store environment.
  • Participate in inventory management and stockroom organization to ensure accurate inventory levels and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Collaborate with sales team members to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including counting cash, processing deposits, and securing the store.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0-2 years of retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
