Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Home Health Aides to join our team on a part-time, on-call basis. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Communicate and document treatment provided to clients and their response or lack of response to care.
  • Contribute to the development of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each client.
  • Maintain confidentiality and rights of client, family, employee, and organization information in compliance with HIPAA policies and regulations.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and exhibit safe work practices.
  • Interact cooperatively with clients, families, visitors, and other team members.
  • Perform all duties in compliance with all applicable federal and state rules and regulations and facility policies and procedures.
  • Accept assigned duties in a cooperative manner and willingly perform other duties as assigned by appropriate personnel.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • Must have at least 2 full years of Home Health Care experience.
  • Must have a valid Driver license and insured vehicle.
  • Must be able to work assigned on-call shifts.
