As a key member of our culinary team at the Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Pastry Lead to join our kitchen. This role involves preparing a variety of baked goods and pastries for our morning coffee shop, as well as assisting in the preparation of bread and desserts for our daily services.
We require a strong commitment to teamwork, excellent baking skills, and knowledge of proper food handling and health requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to take pride in their work.

Responsibilities and Requirements- Prepare baked goods and pastries for our morning coffee shop
- Work closely with sous chefs and the Executive Chef to maintain high standards of pastry quality
- Sanitize work areas during shift and stay organized
- Ensure all equipment is clean and well-maintained
