Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor at Liberty HomeCare, you will be responsible for supervising nursing staff and ensuring that work assignments are completed appropriately and timely. You will also assist the Director of Nursing in directing, coordinating, and supervising the Nursing Services Department. Your primary goal will be to assure the best patient care possible by supervising the facility and directing the nursing staff during shifts.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise nursing staff and ensure that work assignments are completed on time.
  • Assist the Director of Nursing in directing, coordinating, and supervising the Nursing Services Department.
  • Ensure that patients receive high-quality care by following doctor orders and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current, valid license from North Carolina Board of Nursing.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in geriatric nursing.
  • CPR certification.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
