Role Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with client accounts through regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Proactively identify and implement solutions for client challenges, ensuring smooth operations and high satisfaction levels.
  • Assist with medical records requests, ensure documentation is complete, and support client accounts primarily consisting of office staff such as CNAs, MAs, and office managers.

Additional responsibilities include addressing critical issues like missing results, incomplete waivers, and scheduling conflicts for mobile phlebotomy services. The role also involves facilitating real-time problem-solving, ensuring clear communication between clients and internal coordination teams, and setting up streamlined communication between accounts and internal departments.

We offer competitive compensation, including a salary of $55,000 per year, plus a quarterly bonus based on account retention. Benefits include dental insurance, health insurance, vision insurance, 21 days PTO, 7 paid holidays, mileage and cell phone reimbursement, and 401k options.

Our team works Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. We strive to create a supportive work environment that fosters growth and well-being.
