As a Registered Behavior Technician at Kaleidoscope ABA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA therapy services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing personalized behavior intervention plans that promote skill acquisition, socialization, and community integration.

Job Description**Position Overview:**
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavioral interventions and support individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing individualized behavior intervention plans using evidence-based techniques
• Providing direct care and support to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Collaborating with BCBA clinicians to develop and revise treatment plans
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to supervising clinicians
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of one year of experience working with children with disabilities
• Current RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina to meet the demands of the job, which may include standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
