We are seeking a dynamic Speech Language Pediatric Pathologist to join our team at East Cobb Health Park. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in evaluating patients and creating tailored speech and language care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Assessment: Collaborate with physicians to assess and continually evaluate treatment programs, goals, and discharge plans related to speech, language, cognition, voice, and swallowing.
  • Treatment Planning and Care Provision: Implement customized treatment plans and choose engaging activities to help patients reach their goals. Revise goals with input from patients and families, ensuring ongoing education and support.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of evaluations and treatment plans according to departmental guidelines. Record each session accurately and complete all required paperwork promptly.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program required.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Speech Language Pathologist license required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, teamwork, and basic computer proficiency.
