About the RoleAs a Patient Experience Advocate, you will provide introductory information to our members, following up with them throughout the defined process and providing accurate healthcare benefit information. Your responsibilities will include documenting all member interactions and escalating queries and concerns appropriately.
- You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that our members receive the best possible experience.
- With your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, you will connect with our members to fully understand their needs.
- You will work in an innovative, fast-paced team environment, utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2 years of healthcare experience
- Spanish speaking proficiency
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Experience navigating complex workflows, meeting sensitive timelines
- Organized and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work full-time (8 hour shifts) between 6a-6p, Monday - Friday in our Harlingen, TX office
