We are currently seeking a part-time Compassionate Support Associate to join our team at Assisting Hands. This role involves providing exceptional support to our clients in their homes, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and comfort.

This position is ideal for someone who is compassionate, empathetic, and able to work independently. You will be responsible for assisting clients with daily tasks, such as personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive hourly rate of $13.00 - $15.00 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, you will be entitled to a 90-day employee review, employee recognition program & incentives, immediate openings with flexible start dates, caregiver referral bonuses, and a supportive team environment.

Job Requirements
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
