We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you'll be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional service.

• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure
• Manage the guest experience, including scheduling, booking, and follow-up
• Collaborate with stylists and beauty technicians to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to Blo's high standards
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development to enhance your knowledge and skills

• Ability to work weekends and be flexible with scheduling
• Passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Salon experience an asset, but not required
• Strong technical skills and experience using a Mac computer
