About the Role
Skanska is seeking an experienced Business Process Automation Manager to lead the development and implementation of business process automations. As a key member of the organization, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and design and implement automation solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation
• Design and implement automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure automation solutions meet business needs
• Gather and document potential automation use cases
• Prioritize and develop automation projects based on business needs

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong data literacy, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with process mapping and data analysis tools (Visio)
• Proficiency in Power Automate (DPA), Power Apps, Office 365, Power BI, MS Forms, and SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
• Certification in Business Process Management (BPM) or related fields
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year
