High-Paying Surgical Technologist Role in Everett, Washington

About the Job:
This 13-week contract will require you to work 36 hours per week on 12-hour shifts. Your responsibilities will include preparing the operating room for surgery by ensuring that all necessary equipment, supplies, and instruments are available and in good working condition. You will also assist the surgical team by passing instruments, sponges, and other items needed during surgery, anticipating their needs, and maintaining a sterile environment. Additionally, you will transport patients to and from the operating room, prepare and apply sterile dressings and bandages, document procedures, clean and sterilize instruments and equipment after surgery, and more.
About the Salary:
The pay package for this role is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week, which translates to approximately $$143,408 per year, although this may be subject to confirmation. A tax-free stipend amount will also be determined. This salary reflects the high demand for skilled surgical technologists in the Everett area and offers an attractive compensation package for candidates looking for a challenging and rewarding role.
