Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Coordinator to support our warehouse facility in Dalton, GA. This role involves managing SAP/ERP/WMS data, performing operational tasks, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP/ERP/WMS Data Management:
    • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of inventory, shipments, and warehouse operations.
    • Generate reports from the SAP/ERP system to support warehouse activities.
  • Truck Arrangements:
    • Coordinate with drivers, direct them to loading/unloading bays, and maintain accurate vehicle activity logs.
  • Paperwork Verification:
    • Verify incoming and outgoing paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
    • Maintain organized records of bills of lading, packing slips, and other shipping documents.
  • Monthly Inventory and Invoicing:
    • Assist with monthly inventory counts and reconciliations.
    • Compile monthly invoices for the finance department based on shipment data.
  • Trailer and Yard Management:
    • Manage trailer inventory and maintain accurate door assignment records.
    • Reconcile inbound shipments and coordinate trailer activities in the yard.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide internal and external customer service regarding shipment status, inventory issues, and other inquiries.
  • Clerical and Administrative Support:
    • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
    • Assist the warehouse team with administrative duties as required.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Assist with special projects or urgent operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Basic knowledge of SAP/ERP systems or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Willingness to perform both clerical and operational tasks in a warehouse setting.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is preferred.
