They are currently seeking a Senior Embedded Engineer to become an integral part of their expanding team.

Role Overview:
As a Senior Embedded Engineer, you will be pivotal in the design, development, and validation of embedded software tailored for medical devices. You will oversee a team of skilled engineers, offering technical direction and fostering innovation throughout the product development cycle. Your expertise will guarantee that the products meet necessary regulatory standards, are durable, and provide outstanding performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of embedded software solutions.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior engineers.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product development.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in embedded software and firmware development, particularly in regulated sectors such as medical devices, automotive, or aerospace.
- Strong command of programming languages such as C/C++ for embedded systems.
- Familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS), device drivers, and hardware/software integration.
- Comprehensive understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile practices.
- Prior experience in leadership roles and making technical decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and guidelines (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC 62304, FDA regulations) is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
