Job Title: Travel Nurse RN - Neuro Step Down Unit

Job Summary:

Infojini Healthcare is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team in a Neuro Step Down Unit setting. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will be responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and assist physicians with patient care
  • Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs
  • Identify patient needs and determine priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
  • Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care for patients assigned through initial and on-going assessments
  • Initiate assessments based on patient problems or needs, physician medical diagnoses, and functional health frameworks
  • Perform therapeutic nursing interventions
  • Manage care of patients
  • Document care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and/or clinical priorities
  • Advocate for evidence-based practice care standards and support adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery
  • Provide patient-centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice models

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years prior RN experience working in a MS/Tele unit in a major acute care hospital setting required
  • Must have a strong MS/Tele background
  • NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license required

  • 36.00 guaranteed hours per week
