The Customer Experience Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. As the primary point of contact, this individual creates a culture of empowerment, enabling employees to provide exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include first contact resolution, customer interaction experience management, and addressing customer issues promptly with professionalism and hospitality.

Salary: $15.00 per hour

This position serves as the Net Promoter Score (NPS) liaison for the management team, analyzing results to determine causes and executing plans to enhance guest satisfaction. The successful candidate will also ensure corporate policies and procedures are administered and followed by all staff.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated 3+ years of experience in customer service, operations, and sales.
  • Rental car experience is an asset.
  • Excellent customer service, oral communication, relationship-building, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
