We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team. This role will play a critical part in supporting our business growth and strategy by analyzing financial data, developing forecasts, and managing budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Budget Management: Develop and manage comprehensive budgets for various projects and programs using advanced financial software and tools like Excel, Power BI, and Oracle BI.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including variance analysis, to support business decision-making and ensure accurate financial planning.
  • Forecasting: Create and maintain robust financial models for forecasting and long-term planning, ensuring alignment with our business strategy.
  • Actuals Reconciliation: Track and reconcile actual expenditures with forecasted numbers, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, to gather financial information and provide strategic insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA) is highly desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role, preferably within an IT environment.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools like Excel, Power BI, and Oracle BI/SAP, including expertise in project management and data analysis.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills to drive results, build consensus among stakeholders, and adapt to changing priorities.
