Their responsibilities extend beyond mere repairs; they are instrumental in fostering a safe, comfortable, and inviting atmosphere for residents, truly reflecting EDEN's mission of delivering exceptional housing solutions.

  • Maintaining and safeguarding EDEN properties to ensure optimal conditions.
  • Executing routine and preventive maintenance to enhance building performance.
  • Following safety guidelines and utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment.
  • Diagnosing and rectifying various maintenance challenges, from HVAC to electrical systems.
  • Participating in grounds maintenance and ensuring overall property cleanliness.
  • Managing access to units and common areas effectively.
  • Handling work orders efficiently and completing tasks within designated timelines.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to uphold high housing quality standards.
  • Maintaining agency vehicles and diligently completing necessary documentation.
  • Keeping an organized inventory of maintenance supplies.
  • Available for on-call duties during evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule.
  • On-call responsibilities include weekday evenings and weekends, along with holidays on a rotating basis.

Preferred qualifications include trade or technical school training and a minimum of two years of relevant experience as a maintenance technician or mechanic. A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, an operable vehicle, and proof of insurance are also required.
