As an LPN with IntelyCare, you'll have the opportunity to deliver post-acute care, monitor the physical and mental wellbeing of residents, and track their vital signs. You'll also perform intakes of residents, document their health concerns and medical histories, and review medical records and charts.
Our LPNs are accountable for following and adhering to care plans for residents, helping to maintain appropriate levels of medical supplies, and contributing to a safe, comfortable environment for residents. You'll also assist with IV set up, vaccinations, and phlebotomies, and help medical staff with orientation and training.
RequirementsTo be eligible for this LPN nursing opportunity, you'll need to have graduation from an approved LPN educational training program.
