About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at Rent-A-Center. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, managing credit and collections, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service and support to customers in our stores and through deliveries and pickups.
  • Manage credit and collections by communicating with customers, collecting on accounts, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Deliver products safely and efficiently, while maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of retail, customer service, sales, or collections experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid state driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to lift and move products, such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
