We're on the hunt for a skilled and versatile Handyman to join our Residential Services team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving any adjustments needed following service calls. You'll also identify and promote opportunities for small homeowner projects and provide support to plumbers during bathroom remodeling projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Promptly Respond to and Assess Service Calls to Determine Necessary Repairs
  • Efficiently Execute Repairs to Restore Properties to Their Original Condition
  • Communicate with Customers Throughout the Repair Process to Ensure Satisfaction
  • Proactively Identify Potential Small Homeowner Projects During Service Calls
  • Clearly Communicate the Benefits and Value of These Projects to Homeowners
  • Prepare Estimates and Proposals for Potential Projects
  • Follow up with Homeowners to Secure Project Commitments
  • Ensure Work Areas are Clean and Organized Throughout the Project
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience as a Handyman or in a Similar Role
  • Demonstrated Proficiency in a Variety of Trades, Including Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, and Painting
  • Experience in Customer Service and Sales is a Plus
  • Excellent Problem-solving and Troubleshooting Skills
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
  • Detail-oriented with a Focus on Quality Workmanship
  • Physically Fit and Able to Perform Tasks that Require Lifting, Bending, and Climbing
  • Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
  • Own Tools and Reliable Transportation
