Grocery Stocker

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Grocery Stocker to join our team at Kroger. As a key member of our store's operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

• Stocking and Inventory Management: Receive and stock merchandise, rotate stock, and maintain a clean and organized stockroom.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other store employees to achieve sales and profit goals, and maintain a safe and clean store environment.
• Quality Control: Check product quality, review expiration dates, and take action as needed to ensure that products are fresh and of high quality.

• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Math Skills: Basic math skills, including counting, addition, and subtraction.
• Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent bending, lifting, and standing.

• Retail Experience: Previous retail experience, preferably in a grocery or stockroom environment.
• Second Language: Ability to speak, read, and write a second language.
