We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Professional to join our team at SM-Energy Company in Midland, TX. This role is responsible for delivering elements of the Supply Chain disciplines in a way that drives value to the company.
Job ResponsibilitiesThis position will conduct market intelligence & analysis, develop and improve sourcing strategies, outline job scopes, issue RFQs, and perform agreement negotiations. Additionally, this role will be responsible for lifecycle process management, key performance indicator management, progress reporting, communications management, and supplier classification.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Engineering. Professional certification is preferred. A minimum of 4 years of Oil & Gas Supply Chain or relevant experience is required.
CompensationThe estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
